Jill Niland

Jill has over 17 years of global experience in financial leadership positions across a variety of industries, including industrial products, healthcare, mortgage banking, asset management, real estate and utility industries. Before joining ServiceMaster Brands, Jill was the leader of PricewaterhouseCooper’s (PwC) Automated Managed Services business line where she drove synergies between finance and tax reporting including US GAAP, statutory, and global compliance. Prior to that, Jill was formerly the Southeast Leader for PwC’s Deals business as well as the Atlanta market leader of PwC’s accounting advisory practice with more than 15 years’ experience as an expert in topics such as purchase accounting, revenue recognition, financial instruments and securitizations, consolidation accounting, joint venture accounting, lease accounting, and all other forms of financing transactions.
