With 30 years of experience in a variety of leadership roles in human resources and business operations across Fortune 500 and PE-backed companies, Eric Robinson has a proven track record of developing people strategies to drive organic growth and team retention. Most recently, Eric was co-CEO of CSC ServiceWorks (CSC), an industry leading digital consumer services platform with over 140 locations throughout the US, Canada and Europe. Prior to that, he served as Chief People and Strategy Officer of CSC where he led efforts to create the culture, talent and processes needed to support teams and enable better business outcomes across the company. In his 12+ years of leading the People function across a variety of industries, Eric led organizations through significant periods of change and helped build high performance cultures where people can feel valued and win as part of a great team. Eric is passionate about leadership development, employee engagement, and diversity, equity and inclusion.
