As a Field Sales Consultant based in West Palm Beach, Florida, Martin plays a pivotal role in helping franchise owners grow their businesses and reach new heights. A proud alumnus of Iowa State University, Martin brings both strategic insight and a personal touch to his work, qualities that make him a standout in our network.

Martin’s passion for his role is evident in the way he describes his day-to-day work. “I love helping franchise owners and their teams grow their businesses,” he says. “Getting to interact with them daily and see their reaction when our collaborative work helps them be more successful certainly brings me a sense of fulfillment.” His commitment to supporting others is not just professional, it’s personal.
One of Martin’s proudest achievements is his involvement in the launch of the HubSpot CRM system for ServiceMaster Clean franchise owners. “All the planning, effort, and work that has taken place to deliver a top-notch CRM system will elevate the entire network,” he explains. “Getting to be a part of this project and delivering it to our owners will transform their franchises and help them become even more successful, which is what our goal is.” His leadership in this initiative reflects his forward-thinking approach and dedication to empowering others.
Martin starts each day with intention and energy. His morning routine includes prayer, a workout, and a strong Cafecito, his secret to staying sharp and focused. This blend of mindfulness and motivation sets the tone for a productive day, whether he’s meeting with franchisees or strategizing on new initiatives.
Beyond the office, Martin is a seasoned traveler who has visited 22 countries and plans to add more to the list. His global perspective enriches his work and fuels his curiosity. When asked about the best advice he’s ever received, Martin recalls his father’s words: “Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might.” It’s a principle he lives by, both professionally and personally.
If given the chance to switch roles for a day, Martin would choose to be the General Manager of the Chicago Bulls. “To reshape that team and bring it back to glory,” he says with a smile, revealing both his love for sports and his natural leadership instincts.
Martin’s favorite productivity hack is listening to music or podcasts while catching up on emails, a simple strategy that helps him stay focused and energized. After a long day, he enjoys the perks of living near the water, often unwinding outdoors and soaking in the Florida sunshine.
