Randy Shacka

Having started at TMT as an intern, Randy has truly been instrumental in elevating TMT as the leader in the moving industry over the past 20 years. After serving as an Operations Manager within a Florida franchise of TMT, Randy joined the TMT team as a Franchise Development Specialist and has since held a series of leadership roles across operations and sales. He has played an integral role in developing a clear vision of success for the brand, process improvements and new technologies that have chartered TMT toward its most successful period in the history of the company. His vast experience at franchise and corporate levels, along with his heartfelt passion for the success of the franchise network, provide him unique insight into the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK system. Randy is a graduate of Michigan State University.
