Marcus Tom has over 15 years of experience in operations leadership positions for franchise companies, most recently as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Jack In the Box. Marcus was previously at JAB Beech Inc, where he was SVP, Operations of its Caribou Coffee brand after serving as the SVP of Operations for its Einstein Bros. Bagels brand. Prior, Marcus held several positions of increasing responsibility with Starbucks Coffee, most recently as Director of Business Operations for all licensed stores in the U.S. and Canada.
