Tim Arpin

Tim has over 14 years of experience in leading franchise development for both small and large franchisors. Prior to joining ServiceMaster® Brands, Tim served as Vice President of Franchise Development for Self Esteem Brands, where he helped grow the portfolio to over 5,000 locations in 32 countries across several brands in 10 years. Tim also lead the franchise development efforts for Scooters Coffee Franchise in Omaha, NE and Restaurant Brands International in Miami, FL.  During his time at Scooter Coffee, it became the fastest growing coffee franchise in the world. With experience in both small and large deal franchising, Tim is a franchisee-first leader and is passionate about franchising as a way for business owners to build their dreams and leave a lasting impact.
