Her work centers around supporting franchise owners and team members, and what drives her most is the opportunity to build meaningful relationships. Whether she’s offering guidance through a challenge or celebrating a team’s success, Brandy finds fulfillment in the human side of business, those moments where genuine connection makes all the difference.

One of Brandy’s standout achievements has been leading the launch of a gift card program across Canada. She orchestrated cross-functional collaboration to design, promote, and implement the initiative, ensuring it aligned with both brand values and customer needs. The program not only opened a new revenue stream but also deepened customer engagement. Since its launch, the initiative has grown through strategic retail partnerships, expanding its reach and impact. For Brandy, seeing the positive response from both clients and internal teams has been a rewarding affirmation of the power of thoughtful innovation.

Brandy starts each day with intention. A quiet coffee, a review of her calendar, and a moment to reflect on her goals help her set a focused tone. She’s a firm believer in the power of a well-organized to-do list, using time-blocking to stay productive and ensure her priorities are met without distraction.

Outside of work, Brandy is known for a quirky travel habit, she’s usually fast asleep before the plane even leaves the gate when flying solo. One piece of advice that’s stuck with Brandy over the years is to “listen more than you speak.” It’s a principle she applies daily, believing that strong leadership is built on thoughtful listening and responsive action. If given the chance to switch roles for a day, she’d love to be a volunteer coordinator at a large community organization—connecting people with causes and witnessing the ripple effect of kindness in action.
