LOUIS DIPIETRO

Louis DiPietro serves as General Counsel for ServiceMaster Brands, providing strategic legal counsel and oversight across the company’s portfolio of residential and commercial service brands. Based at the Atlanta Support Center, Louis brings nearly three decades of experience advising franchised, multi-unit and high-growth organizations on corporate governance, compliance, transactions, litigation and business strategy.

Prior to joining ServiceMaster Brands, Louis served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Ascent Hospitality Management. He also held senior legal and executive leadership positions with Fiesta Restaurant Group and Panera Bread, where he spent more than 12 years helping drive growth and support complex franchise operations.
