Jeff Todd

ServiceMaster Brands welcomed Jeff Todd as Chief Franchise Development Officer in September of 2025. Jeff is the former Chief Development Officer of Launch Entertainment, a family entertainment franchise majority-owned by Silver Oak Services Partners. Prior to Launch, he served as Vice President of Development at Driven Brands, a Roark Capital portfolio company, where he contributed to strategic initiatives that supported the company’s IPO in 2021. He began his career in investment banking with the Wells Fargo Securities Mergers & Acquisitions Group and the PNC Financial Services Group Equity Sponsor Group. Jeff is a graduate of the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce. He brings extensive experience in accelerating growth, scaling franchise operations, and driving profitability.
