GEORGE WARD

George Ward is Vice President of Strategy & Transformation at ServiceMaster Brands, where he helps shape the company’s long-term strategic direction and leads enterprise-wide initiatives focused on growth, operational excellence, and business transformation. Based in Atlanta, Ward brings a blend of corporate strategy, finance, innovation, and execution expertise, with a track record of partnering across functions to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and drive meaningful organizational change. Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President of Special Projects, where he played a key role in advancing strategic priorities across the organization. Before ServiceMaster, Ward led M&A and strategy for an aerospace components manufacturer, consulted multiple clients on growth strategy and operations at Bain & Company, and was a member of the investment team at Roark Capital Group.

Ward combines deep business acumen with a strong foundation in leadership and strategic thinking. He earned his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and holds undergraduate degrees in Math and Finance from the University of Georgia. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a passion for data-based decision making, building cross-functional partnerships, and delivering results that strengthen both business performance and customer outcomes. An active leader in the broader business community, Ward has also served on the Terry College of Business Young Alumni Board and Sigma Nu Fraternity’s International Board of Directors, reflecting his commitment to mentorship, leadership development, and service.

Ward lives in Atlanta with his wife, Jessie, and dog, Sunny. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, drums, and the bass guitar.
