Dawn Kroeger

Having started her career as a marketing manager in a TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® (TMT) franchise, Dawn brings nearly two decades of franchise leadership and marketing experience. After a series of successive marketing and communications roles within TMT at both the franchise and corporate levels, Dawn has a strong track record of driving profitable sales for franchise owners by maximizing the impact of marketing and the customer experience.  With a critical role of developing marketing capabilities at both the national and local levels, Dawn’s valuable contributions helped TMT become an award-winning brand. As VP of Marketing, Dawn now brings that experience to bear for all brands within the ServiceMaster® portfolio. A graduate of Michigan State University, Dawn is passionate about giving back to the community, both professionally and personally. She serves on several local non-profit boards, volunteers regularly, and is currently a girls’ youth lacrosse director in her community.
