LINDSAY GAINOR

Lindsay Gainor joined ServiceMaster Brands in April 2024 as Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Management and now serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. She leads the entire HR function for ServiceMaster Brands, with end-to-end responsibility for the company’s people strategy and human resources operations.

With 15 years of experience in human resources and talent development, Gainor has held leadership roles across both private and public organizations. Her background includes HR leadership and consulting positions with McDonald’s, where she supported human resources initiatives for corporately owned restaurant operations. As Senior Director of Talent Management for Acrisure she led talent and engagement strategies spanning onboarding through leadership development, launched the company’s first employee engagement survey, implemented Workday Learning and Performance Management systems, and developed diversity, inclusion, and performance management programs.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from DeVry University and a Master of Business Administration from Davenport University. Gainor holds a SHRM-SCP and is a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach.

Originally from Jenison, Michigan, she enjoys hiking, backpacking, and spending time outdoors.
