ServiceMaster® Brands Appoints Jeff Todd as Chief Franchise Development Officer

ServiceMaster Brands is proud to announce the appointment of Jeff Todd as Chief Franchise Development Officer, effective September 2025. With a distinguished career spanning investment banking and franchise development, Jeff brings a wealth of experience in accelerating growth, scaling operations, and driving profitability across diverse industries.

Prior to joining ServiceMaster Brands, Jeff served as Chief Development Officer at Launch Entertainment, a family entertainment franchise majority-owned by Silver Oak Services Partners. There, he played a pivotal role in expanding the brand’s footprint and enhancing its market presence. Before Launch, he held the position of Vice President of Development at Driven Brands, a Roark Capital portfolio company, where he contributed to strategic initiatives that supported the company’s successful IPO in 2021.

Jeff began his professional journey in investment banking, working with the Wells Fargo Securities Mergers & Acquisitions Group and the PNC Financial Services Group Equity Sponsor Group. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.

Now based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Jeff resides with his wife, Jennifer—recently married—and their pug, Orson.
