Kim Brooks

Kim Brooks is a seasoned executive and visionary leader in the disaster restoration and commercial cleaning industries, currently serving as President of Franchising for ServiceMaster Restore and ServiceMaster Clean North America. With over 30 years of experience, Kim has been instrumental in shaping the strategic direction and expanding the national footprint of ServiceMaster’s franchise operations.

He began his career with ServiceMaster DSI in 1994 as an owner and partner, helping grow the company into one of the largest disaster restoration organizations in the country. His expertise in large-loss commercial insurance laid the groundwork for scalable business models and successful national business development initiatives. From 2013 to 2018, Kim served as President and CEO of ServiceMaster DSI, leading the company to become the highest revenue-producing and fastest-growing franchise in the network.

In 2021, Kim joined ServiceMaster Brands as Senior Vice President of Operations, continuing to drive strategic growth and support franchisees across North America. Known for his collaborative leadership style and focus on operational excellence, Kim has earned recognition as a transformative figure in the restoration and cleaning services sectors.
