Northwest Spring |
Spring brings with it an outburst of insect activity. Carpenter ants swarm during the spring as they seek to establish new colonies. These pests can be extremely difficult to control, so early action is imperative if you see either of these species near your home. In addition, increased time outside for pets can lead to flea infestations, while foraging mice may also try to make your house their home. The increase in activity by other insects also draws out earwigs, which prey on other bugs.
