Mouse
Appearance
The body of a mouse is typically two inches long with gray fur.

Behavior
Mice are excellent climbers and can enter a home through a crack as small as 1/4 inch. They are most likely to enter homes during the fall and winter in search of food.

Habitat
Many areas of the home, including stacked firewood, debris, and piles of leaves.

Treatment
Mice infestations almost always require professional treatment. Preventive measures include: sealing all cracks and holes; keeping firewood, stacks of bricks, etc. away from the home; and not allowing piles of debris to accumulate.
