ServiceMaster provides outsourcing services for residential and commercial customers. We own leading home service brands, and we partner with trusted providers, too. The home service providers you will find on ServiceMaster.com are the names you know and can trust. They include:

Are your services available nationwide?
ServiceMaster.com allows you to select services in many areas of the country. For any service you are interested in, just select the service and enter your ZIP code. If we are not yet in your neighborhood, we will let you know. You will even have the option to give us your e-mail address, so that we can e-mail you when we launch in your area.

How can I pay?
In most cases, you will pay your local service provider directly. For those services and products that require a credit card, we accept most major credit cards, including American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
We guarantee that every transaction you make at ServiceMaster.com will be 100 percent secure. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your credit card as a result of shopping at ServiceMaster.com. To this end, ServiceMaster.com is registered with VeriSign™, a leading site identification authority, to allow your browser to confirm our identity prior to any transaction. What's more, we use industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide data encryption for your transactions. Customers should always use an SSL enabled browser like Internet Explorer 5.0 and higher or Netscape Navigator 6.0 and higher.

When will my credit card be charged?
  • If you are purchasing a service, you will not be charged until the service has been performed.
  • If you are purchasing a product, your credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed.

Can I change my saved credit card information?
If you would like to add, edit, or delete a credit card in your member profile click Manage Account and select payment options.

How will I know my order has been processed?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail verifying your order. You can view any of your recent or previous service requests on your My Services page. If you have any further questions, please contact our Customer Care Center at 1-888-WE SERVE (1-888-937-3783).

Do you charge sales tax?
ServiceMaster.com is required to charge any applicable city, county, and state sales taxes according to laws in force for the service or delivery address. For further information, please contact our Customer Care Center at 1-888-WE SERVE (1-888-937-3783).

How much do you charge for shipping products?
There is a $15 charge for sending gift certificates by overnight express. There is no charge, however, for sending gift certificates by U.S. Mail.

Your Service Appointment
How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Need to change your service plans? Please note that all requests to cancel or reschedule appointments must be handled over the phone. You can reach us at our Customer Care Center at 1-888-WE SERVE (1-888-937-3783). You may also contact your local service provider directly.

How can I view my order history?

How can I view my saved estimates?
You may view your saved estimates on the My Services page. To review your estimates, just click on the Estimates tab. You can review each estimate you have saved.

What if I am not satisfied with the service received?
If you are not fully satisfied with the service you received, please contact the Customer Care Center at 1-888-WE SERVE (1-888-937-3783). How do I redeem a special offer received in the mail, via a website, or through e-mail?
To redeem a special offer, select your product or service. You will be prompted to enter the Promotion Code. Alternatively, you can input your promotion code on the right side of the home page.

How can I change the e-mail address I use for receiving promotions or for purchasing services?

How can I sign up for promotional offers?
